Wish Rentals is a residential property manager for short-term vacation rentals and long-term leases across the Phoenix area and Sedona. We are small on purpose, so the people you talk to are the people who look after the home.

Whether it's a casita or a $1M+ estate, we treat it the same way: documented, maintained, and ready for the next arrival.
Clear about money
A 20% fee on booking revenue. Owner-paid expenses with receipts. A $500 owner-funded reserve per home, kept separate from renter funds.
Honest about payments
Bank-to-bank only: ACH or Zelle, no credit cards. A booking is confirmed only once the payment is verified — never before.
